Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and ClipBoard (“ClipBoard,” “we” or “us”) for your use of clipboardstats.app. By using ClipBoard, you agree to them.

What ClipBoard does

ClipBoard shows your YouTube, TikTok and Instagram statistics in one dashboard, along with your top posts, the best time to post, and a tracker for clipping campaign payouts. ClipBoard reads stats only. It never posts or changes anything on your accounts.

Your account and membership

You sign in with Whop, and access requires an active ClipBoard membership bought on Whop. You must be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian’s permission, and you are responsible for keeping your Whop account secure.

Billing, trials and canceling

Payments, free trials, renewals and refunds are handled by Whop under Whop’s terms. Memberships renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your Whop account, and you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.

Connected services

ClipBoard gets your stats from services you connect, such as Windsor.ai, YouTube, TikTok and Instagram. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and some (such as Windsor.ai) may charge their own fees. You must only connect accounts you own or are authorized to manage.

Accuracy

Stats come from the platforms and can be delayed, estimated or later corrected by them. Earnings shown in the payout tracker are estimates based on the pay rates you enter. They are not a promise of payment from any campaign, and the campaign’s own records decide what you are paid.

Acceptable use

Don’t share your membership, try to access other members’ data, interfere with or overload the service, reverse engineer it, or use it for anything unlawful.

Our content

ClipBoard’s software, design and branding belong to us. Your stats and the information you add belong to you. You give us permission to process them only to provide ClipBoard to you, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Changes and availability

We may add, change or remove features, and the service may sometimes be unavailable, for example when a platform changes its API. We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. If you keep using ClipBoard after an update, that means you accept the new terms.

Ending your use

You can stop using ClipBoard at any time and delete your data from Settings. We may suspend or end access for anyone who breaks these terms.

Disclaimers and limits

ClipBoard is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, ClipBoard is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits or campaign earnings, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for ClipBoard in the 12 months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA.
