Privacy Policy

ClipBoard (“ClipBoard,” “we” or “us”) is a dashboard that shows creators their YouTube, TikTok and Instagram stats in one place. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to clipboardstats.app.

Information we collect

When you sign in

You sign in with your Whop account. Whop shares your Whop user ID, name, username and email address with us. We use them to identify your account and to check that you have an active ClipBoard membership.

Information you add

• Connection keys. If you connect a data service such as Windsor.ai, we store the API key you paste in. It is encrypted before it is stored (AES-256-GCM).
• Your reminders, campaigns and tracked posts. The reminders you create, the campaigns you add (name, platform, pay rate and minimum payout) and which posts you track for each campaign.
• Counter snapshots. When you reset the change counters, we save your follower, view and post totals at that moment so we can show what has changed since.

Stats from your connected accounts

Your account and post statistics (such as followers, views, likes, shares, post titles, links and thumbnails) are fetched from the services you connect each time you open your dashboard and are shown only to you. We do not keep a copy of them, apart from the counter snapshots described above.

Cookies

We use one cookie to keep you signed in and a short-lived cookie during sign-in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not run third-party analytics.

Server logs

Our hosting provider keeps standard request logs (such as IP address, browser type and the page requested) for a short time for security and troubleshooting.

How we use information

We use your information only to run ClipBoard for you: to sign you in, confirm your membership, show your stats, and save the reminders, campaigns and counters you set up. We do not sell your information, use it for advertising, or share it with anyone except the service providers below, and only as needed to run ClipBoard.

Service providers

• Whop handles sign-in, payments and memberships.
• Vercel hosts the website.
• Supabase hosts our database.
• Windsor.ai, if you connect it, supplies your stats under your own Windsor account.
• Google (YouTube), TikTok and Meta (Instagram), if you connect those accounts to ClipBoard directly, supply your stats through their official APIs.

YouTube and Google data

If you connect a YouTube account, ClipBoard uses YouTube API Services to read your channel and video statistics and shows them only to you. ClipBoard’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. By connecting YouTube you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google’s use of data is covered by the Google Privacy Policy. You can remove ClipBoard’s access at any time from your Google account permissions page.

TikTok and Instagram data

If you connect TikTok or Instagram, ClipBoard reads only the profile and post statistics needed for your dashboard, shows them only to you, and never posts, comments or changes anything on your account. You can remove ClipBoard’s access at any time in that app’s settings.

Security

All traffic uses HTTPS. Connection keys and access tokens are encrypted before they are stored, and our database is not publicly accessible. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.

Keeping and deleting your data

We keep your information while you have a ClipBoard account. You can delete all of it at any time from Settings → Delete my ClipBoard data. That immediately removes your account record, connection keys, reminders, campaigns, tracked posts and counter snapshots. Canceling your subscription on Whop does not delete your data by itself, so use that button or contact us if you want it removed. Copies in our database provider’s backups are deleted on their normal schedule.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example, in California), you may have the right to know what personal information we have about you, to ask us to correct or delete it, and to not be treated differently for using these rights. Contact us and we will respond within 30 days.

Children

ClipBoard is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. If a change is significant, we will let members know before it takes effect.
